Your AI Assistant goes live with a single line of code on your website. From here on out, we retrain your Assistant based on its real-life conversations. You get access to the analytics dashboard and review system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel, downgrade or upgrade your subscription at anytime.

If you cancel after the first week of your billing cycle, you won’t be charged on the next month.

For cancellations within the first 7 days of your billing cycle, we will refund your payment and remove access within 2-3 days.

One off development and onboarding is non-refundable. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your contract for details.

We accept all major credit cards.

You can also pay with a direct debit or be invoiced directly and pay by bank transfer.

Your administrator will be emailed a VAT invoice at each billing period. You can request historical invoices from your case manager as well.

Yes, we charge VAT (20%) on all bills.

Japeto manages your updates on your behalf. You can request changes through the dashboard and also directly from your case manager.

Depending on your plan, you’ll receive regular recommendations for improvements based on historical conversation review.
