How long does it take to go live?

We know it’s harder to write than it is to edit. We’ll start with an interview with your stakeholders to understand what content the AI Assistant should know.

Our conversation designer will train a first version of your assistant that you can then check and give feedback on. The total time to go live will depend on how large your knowledge base is and any additional features you need.

We recommend 1-2 weeeks for simple Q&A chatbots and about 2-3 months if we will need clinician engagement and sign-off.

We’re also ICO registered and our team is DBS-checked.

Any generative AI tool will never be 100% hallucination free, but we make sure to get as close as possible.

We prioritse non-AI answers whenever they’re relvant to reduce risk, like when you pre-program Q&A into the assistant.

When it uses AI, we uses prompt engineering to reduce the reisk. We also “sense check” the response before giving it to the user.

Our assistants are manually reviewed, which removes the risk common AI vulnerabilities such as prompt injection.

Our assistants are GDPR-compliant. The message data is stored in UK-based servers following best practices.
