All full-time employees get a minimum of 28 days holidays per year. We also have some additional benefits to help each team member develop, relax and work comfortably.
Our team picks their own hours, as long as you are here for our “core” business hours: Monday through Thursday 10:00 – 16:00. Otherwise, your schedule is up to you.
Full-time employees get up to £50/month to spend on health & wellness purchases like gym memberships, prescriptions, massages, fitness wearables and more.
Consistently learning is essential to keeping our skills sharp. Each quarter our team takes a week off of usual work to tackle a personal project.
