Michael began his career in the late 1990s after graduating with a degree in History, entering the technology sector during the dot-com era. He joined a major US software company within its European division and has since built extensive experience across software implementation, consulting, support, and development in roles spanning the UK and international markets. His career-long, hands-on approach has shaped a deep understanding of technology from the customer’s perspective, which now informs his work with Japeto as it navigates the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
