Our managed hosting includes active support monitoring by our team using AWS CloudWatch. This means that if your website starts getting strange activity – like high bot traffic or a cybersecurity attack – our support team gets alerted and resolves it.
We also have a firewall at the server level, so most threats can’t even get that far.
WordPress backups and health checks
Your WordPress website is in safe hands. We do automatic weekly backups of the server and database. If you ever make a change you can’t undo – we can roll the server back to the last save point and restore your website.
Our managed WordPress hosting includes a monthly website health check. We look at your plugins, image sizes, and can provide a list of recommendations to make improvements.
