Our AI Trainers will work with your case manager to train and build your AI Assistant. You can test and provide feedback for us make it ready to go live.
Step 3
Ongoing
Your AI Assistant goes live with a single line of code on your website. From here on out, we retrain your Assistant based on its real-life conversations. You get access to the analytics dashboard and review system.
Some projects don’t need everything and the kitchen sink. Some do.
We have different levels of AI Assistant depending what they need to do. Our Senior level AI Assistants come with an ongoing dedicated case manager who proactively reviews your chatbot and can also send tailor reports.

If you cancel after the first week of your billing cycle, you won’t be charged on the next month.
For cancellations within the first 7 days of your billing cycle, we will refund your payment and remove access within 2-3 days.
One off development and onboarding is non-refundable. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your contract for details.

You can also pay with a direct debit or be invoiced directly and pay by bank transfer.
Your administrator will be emailed a VAT invoice at each billing period. You can request historical invoices from your case manager as well.
Yes, we charge VAT (20%) on all bills.
